Ed Mosher is from Monticello Indiana. He has been flintknapping for 18 years.
I first meet Ed at the Flintridge Knapin in September 2008. My father first noticed one of Ed's pieces laying near where Ed had been working, but Ed wasn't there at the time. My father asked someone who made that piece, and they replied Ed Mosher. When we walked away, dad said he didn't know Ed, but that was some great work he was doing. I eventually meet Ed not long after that.He was very friendly and even though he had never meet me before he spoke freely with me.
Ed makes some very thin percussion pieces. He is also very good at fluting and i enjoyed watching him flute while in OH. We surely know who Ed Mosher is now!
